The Goods are described on our Website.  We try to ensure that the descriptions and images of the Goods on our Website are accurate but please note that all images are for illustrative purposes only and there may be slight differences due to how the image is displayed and the colour/brightness settings on your device.

We use Royal Mail as our courier for delivery. A notice will be given of dispatch, however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. Delivery dates are approximate, and time of delivery is not guaranteed.  We will not be responsible for delays that our outside of our control but we will notify you of any delays.  Delivery will be completed when the Goods are delivered to the delivery address on your Order or the Goods have been collected by you.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any import fees, tax or VAT upon the order’s arrival in the country. This will be determined by said country’s customs office.
